About Harrison

Harrison is a mid-century modern development of three high-rise towers in downtown Portland, OR. Two of the towers feature condos for sale, and one tower is an apartment tower with units for lease. 

Harrison is a popular place to live in Portland because it's one of the most affordable high-rise options and the location is fantastic. You can walk to PSU, the waterfront, Downtown Portland and the Streetcar literally picks up right outside the front door at 3rd & Harrison. 

The condos at Harrison were built in the 1960's, so you'll need to accept that the ceilings are a little lower than other condo buildings, and most still have original kitchens and baths.  Some units have washer/dryer connections but most don't so you'll have to use the on-site laundry rooms. Most units will come with one underground assigned parking space.  The HOA dues might seem high at first but keep in mind they include almost all utilities and insurance.

In addition to the two condo towers there are a limited number of townhomes that line the grounds. These two-story townhomes are great for those who want the convenience of condo living but prefer to be on the ground with less shared walls.
